RETURNS

YOUR PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLY IF:-

    1. YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT/DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU PLACED AN ORDER FOR

    2. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED/HAS ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

    3. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE/DISCOUNT CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. IT CAN ONLY BE RESTORED OR ALTERED DEPENDING ON THE (PHYSICAL) LIMITATIONS OF THE PRODUCT AT A PRE-DECIDED COST WHICH WILL BE SHARED ONCE THE REQUEST OF ALTERATION / RESTORATION IS RAISED WITH US OVER EMAIL AT orders@reik.in IF THE GARMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE ALLOWANCE ENOUGH FOR ALTERATIONS OR IF THERE ARE

WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND ONLY ONCE THE RECEIVED PRODUCT HAS UNDERGONE OUR QUALITY CHECK. RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT BE WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED AND SHOULD HAVE ALL THE TAGS INTACT. Reik HOLDS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 15-30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE/ OR DISCOUNT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

ORDER CANCELLATION

ONCE PLACED AND CONFIRMED BY US, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED/REFUNDED UNLESS THE ABOVE REASONS APPLY.
